Current Protocol in place
I have always taken hygiene seriously but in light of the Covid19 pandemic, the below strict protocol will remain in place until further notice to ensure that you can relax when attending your treatments. I know that a lot of people are currently anxious, so if you have any questions or worries, please do not hesitate to contact me - I will happily listen to your concern and answer any questions you may have.
-My treatment room is thoroughly cleaned, disinfected and ventilated between every treatment;
-I will offer you hand sanitiser at the door before showing you to the treatment room – and then you will just need to sit back and relax!
-There will be at least a half an hour gap between every treatment to allow for all surfaces (including treatment couch, door handles etc) to be cleaned meticulously, to ensure no clients crossover and to have sufficient time to open the windows for ventilation. I am using a specific cleaning product (“proven to kill 99.99% bacteria and enveloped viruses including Covid-19, MRSA, Influenza and E-Coli - fully certified to BS EN 1276, BS EN 14476 and BS EN 13697 standards”);
- It is optional for clients to wear a mask /face covering during their appointment. Please let me know if you would like me to wear one.
To help me provide a safe environment to all my clients, please note that you will not be able to attend for a treatment if you have any cold or flu-like symptoms (even if it is confirmed not to be Covid19). Of course, we will not be able to go ahead with your treatment if you currently have Covid19 (and a negative lateral flow test will be necessary before we can re-arrange the treatment).
