TMW is a specially developed sequence of movements which promotes physical, mental and emotional health and wellbeing. It combines the essential elements of Tai Chi and Chi Kung to allow you to feel the benefits of these wonderful arts easily, offering you greater confidence, reducing stress and tension, and putting a spring in your step!
The aim of TMW is to support you in continuing good health and wellbeing, so you can get the most out of your life.
TMW is embodied mindfulness, aiming to bring presence, relaxation, mental and emotional stability and self-worth to the participant.

The movements and gestures are inherently graceful and flowing and can be practised both sitting and standing, or a combination of the two. TMW is truly accessible to all.
